When using local AI models (llama.cpp), you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate licenses for the models you use.

8. Marketplace and Extensions

Extensions available through the Egentica Marketplace are provided by third-party developers. Egentica is not responsible for third-party extensions and does not guarantee their quality, security, or compatibility.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Egentica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EGENTICA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EGENTICA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
